Is this concept just for the Vision Pro?

No, but with the device's introduction there is a possibility that competitors will be keen to capitalise on interest.

Should the market continue to grow, new use cases will be identified and placed into action which could bring increased accessibility and lower price points.

Is this a serious concept?

It did give me the opportunity to dust off Figma, explore a design library, use my 3D skills to prototype an AR experience and consider opportunities within an industry I'm interested in working with - so in that sense.. I guess?
